Zmiana skali map / Change of scale of maps

Ze względu na dużą szczegółowość map zmianie uległy skale map dla niektórych kategorii wiekowych. Wszystkie mapy dla kategorii K55/60 i starsze oraz M60 i starsi skala 1:7500, e - 2,5 m . We wszystkich pozostałych kategoriach skala 1:10000, e - 2,5 m .

Due to the fact that maps are greatly detailed, their scales for some age categories have been changed. All the maps for the category K55/60 and older (for women) as well as M60 and older (for men) have the scale 1:7500, E 2.5 m. For all the other categories the scale is 1:10000, E 2.5 m.

Bufet / Canteen

W centrum zawodów każdego etapu czynny będzie bufet prowadzony przez profesjonalną firmę gastronomiczną. Dostępne będą bardzo dobre ciepłe posiłki i lody oraz ciepłe i zimne napoje. Dostępna będzie również darmowa kawa fundowana przez jednego z liderów wśród producentów kawy, francuskiej firmy z siedzibą w Kwidzynie – Cafe Sati.

At every stage of the competition, in the centre there will be a canteen run by a professional catering company. They will provide delicious hot meals, ice cream as well as hot and cold drinks. There will also be free coffee sponsored by one of the leading coffee producers, the French company based in Kwidzyn – Cafe Sati.

Ranking PZOS / PZOS Rankings

Ze względu na ranking PZOS na wszystkich 3 etapach start interwałowy.

Due to the PZOS (Polish Orienteering Association) rankings, interval starts are planned at all 3 states of the competition.

Mini przedszkole / Mini-kindergarten

Podczas wszystkich etapów Grand Prix Polonia 2015, w centrum danego etapu, czynne będzie mini przedszkole, gdzie rodzice – zawodnicy na czas swojego biegu będą mogli powierzyć swoje dzieci opiece organizatorów.

During all stages of Grand Prix Polonia 2015, in the centre of every stage there will be a mini-kindergarten in which participants-parents will be able to leave their children under the supervision of the organisers for the time of the run.

Listy startowe / The starting lists

W związku z zakończonym terminem zgłoszeń proszę wszystkich zawodników o sprawdzenie poprawności swoich danych na listach startowych. Ewentualne uwagi proszę zgłaszać do wtorku 4 sierpnia do godz. 18.00. Po tym terminie będą już przygotowywane imienne numery startowe.

In connection with the expiry of the application deadline, I would like to ask all participants to check the correctness of your data on the starting lists. Please submit any comments or discrepancies by Tuesday 4^th August, 6 p.m. because after this date we will prepare starting numbers with names.

Rodzice małoletnich zawodników nie zrzeszonych w klubach sportowych proszeni są o wypełnienie i osobiste dostarczenie organizatorom przy odbieraniu materialów startowych, oświadczenia dotyczącego zezwolenia na ich start w Grand Prix Polonia 2015. Treść oświadczenia znajdziecie tutaj
